Assessment-Centre
Assessment centre (AC), a psychodiagnostic method of comparing candidates in terms of communication, organizational competence and interpersonal skills based on their interaction. With a duration of several hours up to two days, it consists of individual and group exercises and model situations, during which the participants are assessed by their future supervisors, HR agency representatives or even a psychologist.
